All of the model given is .so except or1k but or1k are very different from mips,so I want a source of mips model and related documents,so that I can develop a mipslike processor.Can you help me?

The MIPS (and ARM) processor model source code has not been available for a number of releases.

It can be made available under a specific license agreement with Imperas. Please contact Imperas at info@imperas.com to discuss this.
