Hi

Is it possible in ovpsim to have only L1 cache or L1, L2, L3 cache.

The MMC is used to model a basic cache, these can be connected together in a hierarchy of as many levels as required.
See the example IMPERAS_HOME\Examples\PlatformConstruction\cascadedTransparentMMC which shows two levels
