This looks as though you are using a 64-bit installation?
OVPsim is compiled as a 32-bit executable, it is verified to operate in 32-bit emulation mode on a 64-bit machine.
You will need 32-bit runtime libraries and headers available on the machine in order to compile for a 32-bit executable and run it.
